This is a wireless camera that is powered from a fluorescent light by attaching a ring component for power acquisition to the bulb. The technology is based on the electromagnetic induction, the camera obtains power by using the magnetic field generated by the AC source from the fluorescent light.
The camera takes image shoots every 10 seconds. Supports VGA 640 x 480, QVGA 320 x 240 and QQVGA 160 x 120 resolution. An IEEE802.11b wireless LAN is used for the image transmission.
